	2010 spring / summer prices: $115.00 per weekday night (Sunday - Thursday) $135.00 per weekend night (Friday - Saturday) $680.00 per weekly rate (7 nights) Above pricing for 1 to 2 adult guests per night. No charge for children under 12. Two nights minimum rental. A $5.00 per person per night charge for additional guests. The cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests total. We're pet friendly. Bring your pets along for just $5.00 per night. Rates do not include Vermont state tax or security deposit. All reservations need to be secured by deposit, refundable up to 1 month prior to reserved dates less administration costs.
